Welcome to Beautiful Butterflies Mentoring Program! We are excited to share our female focused mentoring service,

and look forward to supporting adolescents and young adults in our community with wellbeing, communication,

social skills, confidence, and independence.

We understand that this time in a young person’s life can be confusing and challenging to navigate.

Adolescents are faced with new challenges daily, and are required to understand and respond to ever changing expectations and situations with peers,

at school, and in the community. Our mentoring services have been specifically designed in order to support these moments!

Our mentors also seek to form lasting bonds based on trust and relational safety in order to best support our girls.

We also aim for our mentoring services to have functional outcomes for our clients.  

We incorporate goal setting lead by our clients and their families and we work together towards personal achievement.

We hope that these goals will be personal and meaningful for each client in order to reflect individuality - this is not a “one size fits all” service,

and we pride ourselves on individualization!

Our mentoring service is unique as we priorities combing function and fun.

Our aim is to get our clients out into the community and to engage in enjoyable activities.

Our mentors encourage their mentees to share their strengths and interests, and work to incorporate these into each session.

After all, we all are more likely to do our best when we feel heard and we’re interested!

Our mentoring services are available remotely, bringing the convenience of a personalized experience to your doorstep.

We understand the busy schedules of young people and are able to schedule appointments throughout the day at times that work for families. Additionally,

for your convenience, we offer pick-up and drop-off services after the initial meet and greet.

                                                               Program Format

Just Us Girls meets every other Saturday from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Mentees are required to attend one meeting a month to be in good standing and eligible for scholarships.

We have guest speakers that host workshops and team mentoring sessions in small groups with mentoring by our committed volunteers.

​

 Program curriculum and activities for focus on 5-primary areas including character, confidence, creativity, communication, and community.

This program is designed to build life-long relationships, sisterhood, and long-term results. The purpose of the Mentoring Program™ is to:

•  Teach girls to respect themselves and others.

•  Promote community service and stewardship. 

•  Build self-esteem while creating a sense of sisterhood.

•  Offer activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational.

•  Create an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves.

•  Offer weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear.

•  Build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors.

•  Encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents.

       Access  & Requirements

​

The program is open to ALL GIRLS regardless of race or socio-economic background.

Beautiful Butterflies Mentoring Group includes WEEKLY group mentoring, access to select events, community service opportunities,

FREE parent workshops, and family enrichment activities. Participation in this program requires parent orientation,

a annual registration fee of $75.00, and monthly dues of $35 for the 8-month program.   *Additional fees may be required for special pop ups and field trips.
