Meet The Founder
Yvonne was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Mother of three wonder adult, and three grandboys.
Creating Lift Up Clayton Inc Operation HOPE Youth Mentorship Program teen ages 11-18 was created with the love that Yvonne has for children. Life has not always been easy for Yvonne, though she came from a single family home at one point before her mom remarried. Yvonne struggled to make friends and never recall fitting in or being liked especially by her female counterparts. When knowing she struggled socially as a child, as an adult she wanted to create an outlet for the youth to feel loved, free, and ambitious about life, With this in mind and the many obstacles and struggles of her youth, Creating Lift Up Clayton, Inc was birthed into something great. Every child wants to belong to something and to feel like they can accomplish the world. Being apart of a program that focuses on youth development along with leadership skills and career development can eventually create successful adults.

WHO WE ARE
Who We Are At Operation HOPE Youth Mentoring, we are dedicated to empowering, and guiding young women and young men's ages 11-18 through mentorship, support, and education. We prepares and introduces middle and high school students for college and career readiness. Our mission is to help young women, and young men build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of purpose, so they can navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience. Through positive role models, personal development, and community engagement, we provide the tools and encouragement needed to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. Together, we are creating a brighter future—one teen at a time. Our focus is to increase the graduation rate, and college readiness in the schools of Clayton and Henry counties.
